RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This can also be considered a product trial period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—uncut, free of scratches, dents, or tears, clean and sanitized, with tags, tags, NFC cards, and all items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, you can contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button at the bottom right or by emailing returns@motifino.com, providing:
- reason for return;
- order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to ship the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
If you believe the product does not conform or match the description on the website, please evaluate it upon receipt and then contact us within 30 days. Please note that after this time, the product is deemed to conform to the description on the website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase with the relevant order number.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (if you paid on delivery, you will be asked for a bank account to which we can direct the refund). Please note that fraudulent returns requested after the 30-day deadline or after prolonged use of the product will not be refunded. Therefore, we do not recommend sending products back in the hope of receiving a new one (our returns and exchanges department carries out all necessary checks before issuing a refund). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the refund and, if applicable, deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
If you are unsure of the size, please request a size check from our customer service team before or immediately after purchasing. Orders already shipped cannot be exchanged during transit. Size exchanges will be processed by creating a return for the incorrect product and reshipping the correct product.
PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, each complete MOTIFINO set (consisting of belt, buckle, loop, and NFC Card) is covered by two different warranties, valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of delivery of the order.
Below we explain in detail how they work and how to request them.
1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
This guarantee covers all original manufacturing or conformity defects of the product (for example: the buckle has a manufacturing defect, the button suddenly stops working, or severe unstitching occurs not attributable to normal use).
- What it includes: Free replacement of the defective part with a new one (the damaged part does not need to be returned).
- Cost: Completely free, including shipping costs for the replacement part.
- Conditions: The reported defect will be carefully examined by our staff using photographic and video material. This guarantee does not cover damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or poor product care.
2. 2-Year MOTIFINO Guarantee
We know that a belt that has been used intensively can deteriorate. If your product suffers excessive wear, accidental damage, or deterioration not covered by the Legal Guarantee, you can rely on our MOTIFINO guarantee.
- What's included: The shipment of a completely new replacement part to replace the worn one (e.g. a new buckle, a new leather or a new NFC Card).
- Costs: The only cost you will pay is a small €8.50 shipping fee.
- Conditions and Limitations: This special warranty is a one-time service. It can only be used once for each belt ordered (even if the order contains multiple belts). Once this service has been used to replace one item in the set (including the NFC Card), the Commercial Warranty for that belt will be considered terminated.

You can manage your warranties quickly and easily directly from our MOTIFINO app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at returns@motifino.com. To expedite the process, please include the following in your email:
- Your First and Last Name.
- Your Order Number.
- The Warranty Number you wish to use.
- A clear explanation of the issue you are experiencing.
- Clearly visible photos and/or videos of the defect or wear to allow our technicians to evaluate the case.
