We generally ship with GLS. For large orders, we also use UPS, BRT, and SDA.

In the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order, you'll receive a tracking code that allows you to track your shipment and determine its exact delivery date. Go to the "Track Your Package" page and enter your order number to view all updates regarding your shipment.

You will be notified by email of any updates regarding your shipment.

Delivery times include order preparation times, which can vary from 0 to 1 business day, depending on the time the order is placed. Generally, all orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.

Please note that delivery and order preparation days only include weekdays (Monday to Friday). For large orders, this may be extended until Saturday morning.

SHIPPING EXAMPLES:

  • The order is placed at 8:00 AM on Monday morning.

If the order is placed at 8:00 AM, it will be processed the same day. The package will be shipped the following day and delivered between Tuesday and Wednesday (barring unforeseen circumstances related to delivery or the delivery location).

  • The order is placed at 8:00 PM on Thursday evening.

If the order is placed at 8:00 PM, it will be processed the following day, Friday. Since couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, your package will be shipped the following Monday and delivered by Tuesday (barring unforeseen circumstances related to delivery or the delivery location).

Please note that some addresses may take longer due to remote areas or areas not tracked by the courier tracking system.

IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY

If your package is not collected upon delivery, for any reason, the courier will contact you to arrange a date and time slot for a second delivery attempt. You have up to 3 attempts before losing your package.

You can also request that your package be collected directly from a designated courier collection point.
